The center guarantees fast rate of genetics progress for the farmers. Its main functions are: gaining, preparation, transfer and freezing of genetic material.

Due to embryo transfer, the time needed to obtain good, genetically balanced herd is much shorter. Transplantation is a very promising technique for modern cattle breeding. The farmers can reproduce the progeny of valuable cows much faster. They can also breed a new herd of specified and unified characteristics.

Transplantation of the embryos together with artificial insemination are very beneficial. It allows to save about 50-80% of time needed for genetic improvement of the herd. They give us  possibilities to make genetic reserves and unlimited turnover with isolated genetic material.
